This page sets out the published standards of Velogram: AI x Dual Telegram (“Velogram”, “the App”, “we”, “us”) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users of the App worldwide.

Velogram is a Telegram client application. We do not operate a standalone social network or dating platform. Users communicate through Telegram’s infrastructure, and we are committed to preventing CSAE in connection with use of our App.

Our Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and CSAM. We do not permit the creation, possession, sharing, solicitation, or facilitation of content that sexually exploits or endangers children.

Velogram complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required by law, we report CSAM and related child safety concerns to regional and national authorities, including relevant law-enforcement and child-protection agencies.

Standards Against CSAE

Velogram enforces the following standards:

  • Prohibition of CSAM and CSAE — Any content, conduct, or activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly forbidden.
  • No grooming or solicitation — Users may not use the App to groom, solicit, or communicate with minors for abusive or exploitative purposes.
  • Age-appropriate use — The App is not directed at children under 13. Users must comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service and applicable age requirements in their jurisdiction.
  • Cooperation with authorities — We respond to valid legal requests and report CSAM to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law, including where relevant under national reporting obligations.
  • Account action — We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these standards or who are reported for child safety concerns, in line with Telegram’s policies and applicable law.

In-App Reporting

Velogram allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the App. If you encounter content or behaviour that may involve CSAE or CSAM:

  • Use the in-app reporting tools available in Velogram to flag the concern.
  • Use Telegram’s built-in report function for messages, channels, groups, or users involved.
  • Contact us immediately using the details below if the matter is urgent.

All credible reports relating to child safety are reviewed promptly. Where appropriate, we escalate reports to Telegram and to relevant authorities.

Prevention Practices

Our CSAM prevention practices include:

  • Clear published standards against CSAE (this page).
  • In-app mechanisms for users to report child safety concerns.
  • A designated point of contact trained to respond to child safety inquiries and compliance questions.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child-protection organisations when valid reports or legal requests are received.
  • Regular review of our policies to align with Google Play child safety requirements and applicable legislation.

Designated Point of Contact

The following contact is the designated point of contact for child safety matters. This person is ready and able to speak about Velogram’s CSAM prevention practices and compliance:

Child Safety Contact

App: Velogram: AI x Dual Telegram

Please include “Child Safety Report” in the subject line when reporting a concern. For emergencies involving immediate danger to a child, contact your local law enforcement first.

Reporting to Authorities

In addition to reporting through the App or by email, users may report CSAM to the relevant national or regional authority in their country. Examples include:

  • United States — National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline
  • United Kingdom — Internet Watch Foundation (IWF): iwf.org.uk
  • European Union — Contact your national hotline via INHOPE
  • Other countries — Contact your local police or national child-protection hotline.

Compliance Statement

Velogram complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports to regional and national authorities as required. We cooperate with Google Play’s child safety standards policy and maintain this publicly available, non-editable page as our published CSAE standards.

Changes to This Page

We may update these standards from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
